July Week 3 Prompt – Down by the Sea
When we scheduled this prompt we had no idea it would fall just a few days before my departure to Hawaii, but it just seems so appropriate don’t you think. This week Peta created a gorgeous undersea page and I paid homage to Hawaii with my very loosely interpreted plumeria flowers (I need more practice lol). In this week’s lesson, Gina teaches one of her famous seascapes in two mediums, acrylic and watercolor, with some great tips on color mixing from a limited color palette. Enjoy!

Follow Your Dream #lovesummerart Mixed Media Painting

Ok, I’m not sure how I found the time to make two videos this week for the #lovesummerart project…but I did!
